1/28/02: Happy Freaky New Year Yaw'll!!! I got's me some new stuff. 90's and 1-handed poses and elbowposes and 1-handed poses to elbowpose to head stand. And now handed head pose! Happy new year!

2/21/04: I apologize for not mainting my site lol, two years later hahaha. But I have windmills now and even better balance, hallowbacks(beginning inverted), air poses, and im working on chair poses, flares, better headspins, and windmills.
